This week’s Cocktail is an Oak Barrel Spiced Rum Mojito in honor of National Mojito Day, 7/11.
The Wines of the Week are from the Loire: Bois de Jacou Gamay and Chevalier Clos de la Butte Muscadet. Crisp, bright, high acid racy wines served nice and chilled!
The draughts: Peroni, Guinness, Papago Orange Blossom, Dos XX, Dales Pale Ale and Dragoon IPA
We made our first batch of Truffled popcorn yesterday for Uda, a neighbor and regular, and she loved it!

An Homage to the Arizona Date Farms of Old.
We live in an old date farm neighborhood, and felt like reflecting a part of Arizona history in our menu. And it’s delicious.
