We love the idea of sharing bubbly from the historic 1862 Schramsberg estate here in this old Farish House, and as it is the season, are going to make it a little extravagant.

We have the honor of having our old friend Fred Zammataro here from Schramsberg Winery to host our tasting this Thursday. We will be pairing each wine with a small bite created for that flavor profile.
