Dinner Special – 7oz Filet Mignon, Pan Seared the French Way

7oz Filet Mignon, pan seared the French way, in butter with garlic and rosemary, graced with a sauce vert and balsamic reduction, sun dried tomato risotto and marsala braised mushrooms and spinach. Flavors of fall!
